Philips Healthcare have issued a device recall notice for Philips Healthcare - Philips Switched Internal Defibrillator Paddles (For Heartstart MRx And Heartstart XL Portable External Defibrillators) as the paddle shock switch may fail to actuate and delay or prevent delivery of defibrillation therapy.
