Dental Hygienists/Therapists - MXL 362 update

In August 2009, the MHRA and the Department of Health issued consultation MLX 362, which contained proposals to expand the scope of Patient Group Directions (PGDs) to enable the sale, supply and administration of certain medicines by dental therapists and dental hygienists.
