DBG Basic Fire Safety
Awareness Training
The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 requires all of the dental team to have "adequate instruction and training" in the event of a fire. The DBG provide Basic Fire Safety Awareness Training for the dental team. The training takes place at your practice and includes:
- Understanding the theory
and causes of fire. - Fire hazards and precautions.
- Raising the alarm.
- Means of escape.
- Classes of fire.
- Which extinguisher.
- Correct use of fire extinguishers.
- Fire Marshal's and their role.
The training costs £200 plus VAT for DBG members.
(£250 plus VAT for non-members)
