Autoclave Service Contracts

The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations
(PUWER) 1992 states that each pressure vessel
(autoclaves and compressors) must be serviced and
maintained in accordance with the manufacturers
recommendations. The DBG service selected autoclaves
from the following manufactures Burtons, Eschmann,
Excel and Faro.

We have created a number of service contracts designed
to meet your individual practice requirements.

Level 1 £86.40* plus VAT

• A thorough annual service of your autoclave

Level 2 £216.90* plus VAT

• A thorough service of your autoclave twice a year
  
• Pressure Vessel Inspection and Certification of your autoclave
• Automatic inclusion to the DBG Block Insurance Policy for Pressure Vessels
  
• Updates on training during visits.

Level 3 £311.40* plus VAT

• A thorough service of your autoclave twice a year
  
• Pressure Vessel Inspection and Certification of your Autoclave
  
• Free emergency breakdown cover
  
• Free spare parts up to the value of £150 if required (door seals excluded)
  
• Automatic inclusion to the DBG Block Insurance Policy for Pressure Vessels
  
• Thermocouple test verification as per HTM01/05 requirement
  
• Updates on training during any visit.

Level 4 £416.70* plus VAT

• As Level 3 but includes four service visits per year.

Service Contracts for Scotland

Service Contracts in Scotland have to include a minimum of four services per year.

Level 2 £399.00* plus VAT

• A thorough service of your autoclave four times per year
  
• Pressure Vessel Inspection and Certification of your autoclave
  
• Automatic inclusion to the DBG Block Insurance Policy for Pressure Vessels.

Level 4 £433.70* plus VAT

• A thorough service of your autoclave four times per year
  
• Pressure Vessel Inspection and Certification of your autoclave

• Automatic inclusion to the DBG Block Insurance Policy for Pressure Vessels.
