Protection of Vulnerable
Adults (POVA)

As practice compliance evidence comes under scrutiny, the request
for policies and robust procedures in relation to safeguarding and
safety is becoming more prevalent.

In particular the CQC (England only) will be expecting to see such evidence along with practice training. The majority of practices can evidence child protection policies and support training, however Protection of Vulnerable Adults (POVA) evidence is not apparent.
